SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

    ORDER PROCESSING

    You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly.

    We aim to process all orders within one business day, with orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT shipped same day.

    If your order is placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday we aim to process and ship the next business day.

    When your item is marked as shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email as your order makes it's way to your door.

    SHIPPING

    We offer Free Shipping within Australia for all orders over $300 AUD.

    A flat rate of $30 AUD for all international deliveries will be applied at checkout and of $10 AUD for deliveries within Australia under $300 AUD

    Duties and Taxes for International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Nyata have no control over import fees. Please see our Importation Costs Page for further information.

    We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia and can ship to almost any address in the world.

    All Australian Orders are sent via Australia Post and once shipped, typically arrive next business day in metro areas.

    Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact [email protected].

    International shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

    Orders cannot be processed or shipped on Weekends or Public Holidays.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate this for you. Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.

    MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER

    If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however as orders are processed as quickly as possible, this is sometimes not possible.

      RETURNS: TERMS AND GUIDELINES

      If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Nyata are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on any item or exchange/refunds on sale items.

      Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving your items.
      Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
      Items can only be returned back to us for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
      Your exchanges must be of the same value.
      Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?

      Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
      If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.

      Faulty Items
      If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing [email protected] please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
