You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted.  Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. 

    We aim to process all orders within one business day, with orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT shipped same day.

    If your order is placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday we aim to process and ship the next business day.

    When your item is marked as shipped, you will receive tracking updates via email as your order makes it's way to your door. 


    We offer Free Shipping within Australia for all orders over $300 AUD.

    A flat rate of $30 AUD for all international deliveries will be applied at checkout and of $10 AUD for deliveries within Australia under $300 AUD

    Duties and Taxes for International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Nyata have no control over import fees. Please see our Importation Costs Page for further information.

    We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia and can ship to almost any address in the world. 

    All Australian Orders are sent via Australia Post and once shipped, typically arrive next business day in metro areas.

    Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact nyatadesigns@gmail.com

    International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. 

    Orders cannot be processed or shipped on Weekends or Public Holidays.


    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at info@nyata.com.au and we will investigate this for you.  Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.


    If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email nyatadesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however as orders are processed as quickly as possible, this is sometimes not possible.
